Moroccan Citizens Abroad to Request Criminal Records Online Starting November 9, 2026

New Online Service for Moroccan Citizens Abroad

In a significant advancement for Moroccan expatriates, the Direction Générale de la Sûreté Nationale (DGSN) has announced that starting November 9, 2026, Moroccan residents abroad (MRE) will be able to apply for their anthropometric record online. This new service is designed to streamline the process, allowing MRE to avoid unnecessary travel back to Morocco for this administrative task.

The online application will be accessible through the official electronic portal, www.epolice.ma. Moroccan citizens residing outside the country can submit their requests from the comfort of their homes, utilizing an electronic identity verification system paired with a digital payment method for any applicable fees. Once the application is processed, the physical document can be collected at the nearest Moroccan diplomatic or consular representation, ensuring that the entire process is both efficient and user-friendly.

This initiative is part of the Moroccan government's broader efforts to enhance administrative services for its citizens abroad, making essential documents more accessible and improving overall engagement with the Moroccan diaspora.
